3.1. Course Creation:Instructors can create and offer courses on the Platform. You agree that all course content provided is accurate, lawful, and doesn’t infringe on any intellectual property rights.
3.2. Course Pricing: Instructors set the prices for their courses. Coy Academy may receive a percentage of the course fees as outlined in the instructor agreement.
3.3. Content Ownership: Instructors retain ownership of their course content. By posting content, instructors grant Coy Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content.
3.4. Content Standards: Course content must not contain any offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material. Coy Academy reserves the right to remove courses that violate these standards.
4. Payments
4.1. Payment Processing: All transactions on the Platform will be processed through our designated payment gateway. Instructors will receive payments based on the payment schedule defined in the instructor agreement.
4.2. Refunds: Users may be eligible for refunds according to our Refund Policy.
5. User Conduct
5.1. Respect: Users must interact with instructors and other users in a respectful and professional manner.
5.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm the Platform, other users, or instructors. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to hacking, spamming, and unauthorized data collection.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Platform Content: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Coy Academy and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. Infringement Claims: If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on the Platform, please notify us in accordance with our Copyright Policy.
